One of the rather grand features of mixbooth is the availability of a fancy api. This exists for use as you wish to issue lookups of interesting information on mixbooth and display them on your own site or use within another application. A variety of formats will exist, right now however only the rss option is available.
To use the api, just visit a uri on mixbooth which returns a collection of mixes as a result and append your return format. For example, to see all mixes tagged with "electro" you'd usually visit: http://www.mixbooth.com/tag/electro - to look them up in RSS format just append ".rss" onto the end of your query like so: http://www.mixbooth.com/tag/electro.rss.
